2. Scope
These terms govern your use of the Glossia website at glossia.ai and the hosted Glossia service operated at that address. By accessing the website or using the hosted service, you agree to these terms.
3. Software License
The Glossia source code is made available under the O'Saasy License. Under that license you may use, copy, modify, and self-host the software, subject to the condition that you may not use it to offer a hosted, managed, or Software-as-a-Service product to third parties that competes with the hosted Glossia service. The full license text ships with the source at LICENSE.md. These website terms apply only to the hosted service at glossia.ai; your rights and obligations when self-hosting the software are governed by the O'Saasy License, not by this document.
4. Website Use
The website is provided for informational purposes and to give access to the hosted Glossia service. You may browse the site and access its content freely. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
5. Intellectual Property
The Glossia name, logo, and website content are the property of Pedro Pinera Buendia. Rights to the Glossia software itself are governed by the O'Saasy License referenced in Section 3. The trademark and brand assets are not covered by that license and remain reserved.
6. Disclaimer
The website and hosted service are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Liability
Liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence, as permitted under German law (Section 276 BGB). This does not affect liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
